(a) Within India
Recruiting Managerial team for an organization is a critical, time-bound and challenging endeavour for HR teams as these positions play vital roles in any business enterprise. Keeping the strength and track record of Mudra HR in view , employers can opt for any of the following services depending on their need.
- Registered Client Service: We will deliver on specific assignments to registered employers for a nominal annual service fee. This fee will depend on the type and size of the assignment as well as the required talent for the organization.
- Non Registered Client Service: For clients who are not registered with us, we will enter into mutually acceptable service contracts at existing industrial/corporate rates, to deliver on specific assignments. .
- Corporate Advisory: We can establish suitable HR policies and procedures and supervise HR Functioning for client organizations. The fee will depend on organization’s size,, its business operations and scope and complexity of the assignment.
- Panel Member at the Board Level: In certain critical cases, we will assist employers by participating in a search assignment at the Board level or perform a customized search for highly senior level positions (e.g. CXOs) on a case-to-case basis, so that precious top management time is saved. These services will be available across India. Service fees and other details can be discussed on a case-to-case basis through personal discussion.
(b) International
Employers who intend to offer employment contracts to managerial talent for at least two years can avail of our services to identify the right individuals for positions outside India. Such organizations will need to register with MUDRA HR for a nominal one-time registration fee, which may be adjusted against any billing when hiring takes place through us.
